HOW IT WORKS...
I offer remote therapy sessions via secure video, with appointments falling at the same time each week or fortnight, so we can establish a rhythm in our work. Remote therapy means that it can be accessed wherever feels comfortable for you without having to worry about getting to or from the session. I have 5 years experience of giving and receiving therapy remotely and have arrived at an efficient style of doing this.
For those with high anxiety, I have found that working remotely can offer a less intense or demanding environment; meaning that those with struggling to leave the house or speaking to others face-to-face or experiencing panic attacks, can still engage in the therapy process, right from the start.
Furthermore, it means that you’re able to choose the therapist who is truly right for you, irrespective of your or their location.
For those with long-term, acute or debilitating issues, I can provide intensive therapy by offering two sessions per week, which we can then reduce at a time that feels right for you.
